Aloha, this is a brand new Noah’s Ark style blanket. It can be use as a baby blanket, wall hanging, or lap blanket. The border is Navy Blue and it has 3 loops in the back where you can insert a rod through so you can hang it. You can also frame it either way it will look beautiful on your wall. This quilt is made up of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, which makes it 100% machine washable. We hand-washed all of our quilts to ensure material integrity. The blanket has been pre-shrunk. Mahalo.
